LOU SCHNEIDER

Lou Schneider, President of Home Seal Services, Inc. holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore in Business Administration. He has been involved in the construction industry and building maintenance since 1974. Lou has served as a foreman in construction and remodeling contracting, and as a Maintenance Property Manager overseeing 9 apartment complexes consisting of over 1800 apartment units.

Currently, he is the Housing Rehabilitation Inspection Specialist for the Town of Delmar. An inspector on the Eastern Shore since 1991, he has over 5,000 inspections to his credit. Lou is also a licensed home improvement contractor and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the International Code Council. Also licensed with the State of Maryland per the state's requirement beginning January 1, 2008

MARK STEARNS

Mark Stearns has a varied background in general construction. His work experiences include framing houses, drywall, and heating and air.

He also has general knowledge in plumbing and electrical gained through the remodeling of his own home and another apartment building, both of which he completely gutted and rebuilt. He also constructed a new garage apartment building. Remodeling older buildings and new construct building has given him the opportunity to work with the Town of Ocean City and Worcester County in complying with strict building requirements. Mark is now an ASHI full member. Mark has completed over 1200 inspections and after extensive training and testing, is a Member of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. Also licensed with the State of Maryland per the state's requirement beginning January 1, 2008
