TIM HARRIGER

Tim Harriger has been employed in the construction business for more than 30 years. His background consists of a variety of positions within the construction industry ranging from residential construction to working with electric and pipeline companies. His experience within the construction industry included, but was not limited to, working with foundations, framing, flooring, drywall, plumbing and painting. Tim has completed over 1100 inspections and after extensive training and testing, is a Member of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. Tim has been involved in the construction of over 250 new homes and in over 1500 home and condominium renovations.Also licensed with the State of Maryland per the state's requirement beginning January 1, 2008
